Most repair companies bill per issue or by the hour. Every chip becomes a line item and the invoice is a surprise. We price by area: damage inside a 3-inch circle is one spot, one flat price. No trip fees. No edge surcharges. No surprises.

WHAT COUNTS AS A SPOT ▾

A unit is one apartment or home. A spot is a 3-inch circle: damage within 3" counts as one spot. Spots apply to whatever surface needs the fix: kitchen counters, bathroom vanities, wet bars, anywhere in the unit. Arguable calls go in your favor.

WHICH REPAIR DO I NEED ▾

Standard repair: one spot of damage.
Multi-spot repair: 2–4 spots, fixed in the same visit.
Full recondition: 5+ spots or heavy wear across the whole surface. Covers a full kitchen's worth of counters (up to ~40 sq ft) with 4 fills included, then $95 per extra fill (a fraction of a standalone repair, since we're already on-site). A fill is damage that needs material added: a chip, gouge, or burn.

BATCH ELIGIBILITY ▾

3+ units at one property, or 3+ homes within a ~15-mile cluster scheduled as one route day, confirmed when we book. Under 3 or spread wider runs at Single Visit or Partner rates per stop.

OUTSIDE STANDARD SCOPE ▾

Some jobs get their own written quote before any work: cracks that run across the surface or keep spreading, separated seams and re-joining slabs, structural damage, corner rebuilds, spots over 3", reinforcement, porcelain/ultra-compact, and tile. If it's beyond repair, we tell you straight.
